a quiet place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and simply be. Here, every breath is an invitation to return to coherence.

Soul Waves is my Reiki practice in Sarnia, Ontario. I offer Reiki and Crystal Healing in a peaceful, relaxed space where you can step away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself some time to pause.

Every person comes to a Reiki session carrying something different. Sometimes you need deep rest. Sometimes you need an energy refresh. Sometimes you’re moving through a transition, feeling overwhelmed, or have been carrying too much for too long. Perhaps you’re simply craving some quiet time for yourself. In fact, you don’t have to have a particular intention at all.

There’s nothing you need to figure out before you arrive. Just come in, get comfortable, and see what unfolds.

My role is to create a calm, comfortable space for you to receive. What you experience during and after a session may be subtle or profound, familiar or unexpected. There is no right way to experience Reiki, and no particular outcome you need to achieve. What you will come away with is at least a littlemore alignment and coherence within yourself - and sometimes a lot.
